Modern, fresh, and light Greek Salad!


This is my take on the Greek Salad. I made it more eclectic, lighter, and fresh….
Cut tomatoes and lay on a plate 3 slices per plate. Cut watermellon slices lengthwise (2 per plate) and place on top of tomatoes.
Next cut feta slices lengthwise ( 2 per plate, same as watermellon) and place across the watermellon. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and add olive oil and balsamic. Top with baby basil leaves… My pairing suggestion is the 2011 Hugl Weine Gruner Veltliner… Enjoy!
