The legs

What does someone mean by the legs of a wine? Come on, you’ve all heard of them. Its the streaks that form on a wine glass after you swirl it. This can give you signs of a good or bad wine, climate and alcohol content. A good wine will show thick, long, slow moving legs. A bad watery wine will show thin, short, rapidly moving legs.
